Confirmation code
Lineup deleted your Instagram connection and its access token as soon as Instagram sent the request. You don't need to do anything else. Keep this code if you contact us about it.
If you connected Instagram to Lineup, we hold your Instagram account ID and username and an encrypted access token, and we record whether the posts you submitted to a campaign are live and how they perform. Here's how to remove it.
Remove it from Instagram
- In Instagram, open Settings and activity.
- Open Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
- Find Lineup and tap Remove.
Instagram then tells Lineup to delete your data. We delete your Instagram connection and its access token straight away, for every brand you connected it to, stop reading anything from Instagram and give Instagram a confirmation code. You can check the result with the link Instagram shows you, which opens this page.
Remove it from Lineup
- Open Lineup and tap Settings.
- Tap TikTok and Instagram.
- Disconnect Instagram.
What stays
Videos you submitted to a brand, their review history and the post stats already recorded for them stay in your Lineup account, because they are part of your work for that brand, until you delete your account. To delete everything, see Delete your account.
